HALIBUT LOINS - Our premium Alaskan grade-A loin cut halibut steaks are sourced from the Bering Sea, in the Gulf of Alaska. Wonderful as a main course but also good in salads, halibut is as delicious as it is healthy. Halibut is a very mild-tasting, lean fish with a fine-grained, dense, snow white meat. Due to its firmness, halibut is ideal for grilling and skewering as kabobs. Great in the broiler, or on the grill with your favorite marinade. Completely boneless, our halibut is processed and flash frozen at sea less than 4 hours after catch to preserve its buttery, mild taste then individually vacuum packed. Our halibut is so fresh; you will think it has just been caught. Serve our Alaskan halibut and amaze your family and friends.

LOBSTER TAILS - The finest Rock Lobster tail in the world! Very meaty, sweet and delicious. Flash frozen for freshness. B Small, B Extra Small, B Large, CVAC, Giant.

BUTTERFLIED LOBSTER TAILS - Oven-ready butterflied lobster tails brushed with butter and garlic and then placed on top of the shell piggyback style. Each tail is individually packaged and has plenty of tender tail meat.

MAHI MAHI - is a Hawaiian white fish. This species is found in tropical and subtropical waters throughout the world. It is an exceptionally versatile fish, having firm, white meat and delicate flavor!

ORANGE ROUGHY - Hand processed and flash frozen within minutes of catch, Orange Roughy has a mild, delicate flavor and moist, large- flaked meat that holds together well during cooking. Orange Roughy comes from New Zealand's Southern deep, cool ocean waters. You can bread, bake, deep-fry, poach, broil, sauté; or steam this fish for a quick and easy gourmet treat! Bulk pack or CVAC

RED SNAPPER FILLET - Red Snapper has a great, firm texture and a sweet, nutty flavor that lends itself very well to everything from hot chilies to subtle herbs. And, of course, Red Snapper is excellent for grilling.

SALMON - Norwegian salmon. Sure to please even the pickiest connoisseur. Our salmon is individually flash frozen, and then vacuum packed. Available in steaks or fillets.

SCALLOPS - Sweet and succulent Icelandic scallops. All individually flash frozen.

SEA BASS - This spectacular fish is often one that people discover first at a restaurant, then scour their seafood markets for it afterwards. Well, look no further. We have prime long line caught, Chilean sea bass, from the deep, cold waters of the Austral Sea off South America. We feature only thick-cut, skinless, loin portions. Sea bass has a wonderful rich flavor; it’s loaded with heart-healthy Omega-3 fatty acids and has a snow white flesh that forms large flakes when cooked. Because of its high oil content, the meat is "melt-in-your-mouth" tender and moist. Our sea bass is filleted & de-boned, then flash frozen at sea less than 4 hours from catch to ensure a high grade of product quality and freshness. They are then vacuum-sealed for long freezer life and freshness. Chilean Sea Bass is an excellent fish for grilling, but you can also bake, broil, poach, sauté, blacken Cajun style or smoke Chilean Sea Bass. Sea bass is an excellent alternative to grouper and is often mistaken for the same. Once you taste our sea bass, you'll never go back to the seafood market.

SHRIMP - The finest Black Tiger shrimp you can get. Completely cleaned, peeled and de-veined tail on. Black Tiger shrimp, well known for exceptional flavor. These frozen, but uncooked beauties bear the distinguishing black stripes and pure-white flesh that turns vibrant red and white when cooked. You’ll enjoy cooking these fabulous shrimp in grilled shrimp recipes, shrimp cocktail recipes, fried shrimp recipes, and more. The shrimp are individually frozen so you can use as many (or as few) as you need. Available in U-15 (jumbo), U-8/12 (colossal), and U-5 (tremendous).

SHRIMP KABOBS -Magnificently marinated white shrimp kabobs that are wonderful for any season, on the BBQ or in the oven. There are two different varieties in the box and they are Lemon Herb and Cantonese.

SOFT SHELL CRABS - Blue crabs go through a molting process shedding its outer shell and leaving a delicate soft shell crab that is exploding with flavor. Several methods for preparing soft shell crabs are baked, sautéed, deep fried, or pan fried. Other ways of cooking will give equally tasty results.

SOLE ELITES - Filet of sole rolled and stuffed. Available in Shrimp & garlic, scallop & crabmeat , broccoli & mozzarella, and spinach & cheddar. Ready to cook. Fully prepared.

SOLE FILLETS - Our delicate White Sole is wonderful in a variety of recipes. Completely boneless and individually vacuum packed. Very mild, delectable flavor.

STUFFED CRABS - Crab meat mixed with special seasonings and stuffed into a natural crab shell.

STUFFED SCALLOP SHELL - delicious mixture of scallops, shrimp, celery, cream, cheese and spices stuffed into a natural shell.

STUFFED SEAFOOD SCAMPI -A delicious mixture of lobster, scallops, crab, shrimp, celery, cream, sherry, cheese and spices stuffed into a natural scallop shell.
